At Carica Chewers™, we are committed to delivering the highest quality and satisfaction with our chew toys. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, we’re here to help resolve them. Please review our refund and return policy below.
21-Day Refund Policy
You have 21 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return and refund. Products can only be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:
Return Conditions:
Slightly used toys are eligible for return as long as they are in reasonable condition and not significantly damaged by use. Toys that have been heavily used, damaged by pets, or altered by the customer will not be eligible for return or refund.
Valid Reasons for Return:
- Faulty Product: Although the likelihood of such instances is extremely low, if the product you received is defective or does not function as intended, we will promptly replace it with a brand-new one at no additional cost.
- Damaged Upon Arrival: If the toy arrives damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, please send us photographic proof of the damage, and we will provide a full refund or a replacement toy at your choice.
Please note that returns for "change of mind" or finding a lower price elsewhere will not be accepted.
Requesting a Return Authorization: To initiate a return, either submit a Contact Us form or email us at info@caricachewers.com with a detailed explanation of the issue, along with a photo or video of the product to support your claim. Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the address of the closest warehouse for returning the toy.
Return Shipping Costs: Since we cover the cost of shipping the product to you, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. To ensure your return is received safely, we recommend using a trackable mail service, as we will not be liable for any lost or missing packages during the return process.
Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund using the original method of payment within 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after approval:
- First, check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as refunds may take additional time to be posted officially.
- If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@caricachewers.com. Make sure to quote your RA# for quick resolution.
Invalid Reasons for Return
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for customers who decide they no longer want the product after purchase.
- Price Found Cheaper Elsewhere: Our prices are set to reflect the quality and uniqueness of CaricaChewers™ products. We do not issue refunds for finding a cheaper product elsewhere after purchasing.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@caricachewers.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we might be able to correct the address; however, we cannot guarantee this, as orders are processed quickly.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancellations. If you cancel your order before it is processed, a 5% cancellation fee will be applied to cover restocking and payment processing costs.
