Applies to our MEGA chews — the heavy-duty range. Standard chews are covered by our normal 30-day returns policy.

Valid on orders placed directly at caricachewers.com. Bought from a stockist? Please contact them directly.

What's not covered

  • Normal surface wear, cosmetic marks or fading from everyday play.
  • Lost or misplaced toys.
  • Damage from anything other than chewing — e.g. cutting with tools, machine washing or extreme heat.
  • Products bought secondhand or from a reseller.

This guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit them. Carica Chewers reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
